Organized in 1960, the Gilbert Historical Museum moved to the old elementary which was deemed a historical building in 1980. The museum is only open Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is $3 for adults, $1.50 for children ages 5 to 12, and kids under age five are free.
When visiting the Arizona Golf Resort and Conference Center, consider eating at Annabelle’s, the restaurant that overlooks the golf course. This relaxing restaurant features all meals, including lunch and breakfast buffets. Be sure to save room for dessert, because Annabelle’s has many decedent items to choose.
